Stakeholder Determination Stakeholders includes internal or external individuals or groups which are affected or affect the Company, such as employees, customers, suppliers, shareholders, governments, or media, etc. The determination of stakeholders focuses on the impacts of the relationship. The Company would thus hope to foster the relationship between the stakeholders and itself. |
Communication with Stakeholders The Company sustain sound relationship with its stakeholders, facilitating internal or external projects and business. The Company assigns related department to draw attention on various topics, such as law amendments or changes of environment, among stakeholders. The Company reviews its performance and the efficiency of communication channels periodically. |

Responses and Responsibility to Stakeholders The Company pursues sustainable operation; in order to well communicate with external stakeholders, the Company establishes Investor window and Supervisor window, rather than a single window. The suppliers also have been informed with its Corporate Social Responsibility concepts and regulations; for example, the out-sourcing manufacturing pharmaceutical companies should be certified with environmental ISO. Internally, Labor Committee holds its meetings quarterly to ensure the compensation and labor-capital relationship. The employees also select their Welfare Committee members for various welfare policies. The Company also protects labor human rights and wishes to establish pleasant and humane working environment. In the past more than 20 years from the first establishment, the Company never happens to stakeholder complaints. |
